4. Payments and Billing
All payments for campaigns and wallet top-ups are processed upfront. By initiating a campaign, you authorize us to deduct the specified budget from your wallet or charge your selected payment method. Prices are subject to change, but active campaigns will fulfill at the agreed-upon rate.
5. Limitation of Liability
Riseaxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site or via email. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
